As our customer base continues to grow, it’s important that we maintain high levels of service and training to both our new and existing customers. Within the last 3 months, as part of Prima’s ongoing recruitment drive, we have now welcomed 3 graduate employees to further strengthen our team.
We are delighted to announce that our latest recruit, Hollie Phillips has joined the team and is well underway with her initial induction and training.
Hollie, a graduate of The University Of Liverpool, has also gained vast Customer Service experience working at The Museum of Liverpool and within the Hospitality sector.
I caught up with Hollie to find out a little more about her:
Welcome to the team Hollie, it’s great to have you join the company. So you’ve recently graduated at The University of Liverpool, what did you study there?
I’ve always been very much into reading and particularly, writing. I studied English Language and Literature. During my time at University, in my own time I started my own blog and would publish reviews on books that I had read. I would quite often be sent pre-release books by publishers for me to review and blog about.
So when you’re not reading, what else do you enjoy doing?
I love going out with my friends for meals, visits to the Museum and Art Galleries. But with this not being possible due to the current lockdown situation, I really enjoy going for walks and exploring new places instead.

“We’re really pleased to have Hollie join the team. Her communication and written skills will really help us to continue delivering the best support and training we can to our new and existing customers. I think Hollie will be a real hit with our customers and will settle in perfectly with our team”.
