ACCO UK expands e-commerce capabilities with Prima partnership

Thanks to a new partnership on EDI Trading, ACCO UK are pleased to offer their resellers and customers a better e-commerce experience through the Prima Marketplace.

Prima’s software allows resellers and end users access to their favourite brand’s full catalogue of products, all in one seamless virtual location. With this new partnership, customers can browse over 4,600 SKUs including lever arch files, desktop accessories, laminators, shredders, computer accessories, and more from ACCO’s family of brands (Rexel, Leitz, Nobo, GBC, Esselte, Kensington, Rapid and Sasco).

This partnership is the latest action in the company’s ongoing commitment to offer channel partners and consumers a more seamless online retail experience. Just last year, ACCO partnered with FusionPlus Data to provide optimised full features and benefits copy, product images, lifestyle images, videos, brochures, and real-time updated product files to over 1,000 office products resellers in the UK and Ireland. The platform also provides resellers with access to the entire ACCO portfolio, beyond what wholesalers may list or stock, offering more colour options, new ranges targeting specific trends such as home working, health and wellbeing and more.

Through the Prima Marketplace, resellers and their customers can now access all of this great content via an all-electronic, low touch, efficient platform. The customer can easily shop for their favourite products from trusted brands such as Leitz, Rexel, GBC, Kensington, and Nobo, and complete the transaction online. If the product is not listed by the wholesaler and the order is placed directly with ACCO via the Prima platform, the company will ship the product directly to the customer on behalf of the reseller.

Commenting on the partnership, Robert Harper, Marketing Director of Prima Software, said:
