Celebrating the BOSS Awards 2025!
Wow – what a night! The BOSS awards is always a special way of celebrating the office supplies industry and 2025 was certainly no exception.
Tim and I traded in our usual chinos and quarter zips for our finest suits (I felt like James Bond with Tim as my sidekick – photo attached for proof) and headed over to catch up with industry friends and new faces before the big award reveal.
It’s amazing to see the whole industry come together at the Kimpton Hotel in Manchester – a great venue worthy of an awards show (we actually got a sneak peak of the venue at our Manchester user group meeting just a few weeks ago!).
We were already in great spirits as the night started with Seann Walsh having the room in stitches, although I’m sure I overheard Tim telling everyone at the table that he taught Seann all the jokes he knows… Questionable statement.
As the night went on, excitement and nerves were building for the awards themselves.
There were great people and businesses up for all of the awards. We knew that the competition was tough for BOSS Service Provider of the Year.
After much anticipation, we’re incredibly pleased to announce that we were awarded the BOSS Awards 2025 Service Provider of the Year!
We were absolutely over the moon to win! I don’t think there’s been celebrations that loud in Manchester since Liverpool beat United at Old Trafford 5-0 a few years ago…
This is the third time we’ve won the BOSS Service Provider of the Year. It really means just as much to us as it did the first time we won.
Winning the award is a testament to the commitment of our team to our customers and the wider industry. We’re excited to continue committing ourselves to our customers and new businesses starting their journey with Prima.
Over the past year, we’ve pushed harder than ever with major product updates. We’ve introduced new AI capabilities, new integrations, faster support, and stronger onboarding. We’re committed to investing in the technology our customers rely on every day.
It’s an honour to be recognised for such a prestigious award. We would like to say a big thank you to BOSS, the voting committee, and every one of our customers, partners, and members of the industry who support us.
On a personal note, I’m really proud to be shortlised for the BOSS Awards Rising Star for the third time.
As always, it’s another competitve category that any person could’ve won.
The award shows the future of the industry is looking bright. With talented people coming through, we’re looking forward to seeing how the industry evolves over the next few years.
