The growth training package will enable you to analyse and identify new opportunities and potential growth areas, manage your prospecting in a more structured format, optimise your PrimaGO webstore to sell more online, monitor and service your clients through Prima’s CRM functionality, stay on top of your outstanding quotes to increase conversions through the use of journals and last but not least, efficiently manage and review existing customer contracts to ensure products are being purchased/updated and margins are in line with your business plan.

During this module, you will learn how to analyse your current customer accounts through the powers of various reports such as Customer Review, Invoiced Sales Analysis, Sales VS Gaps and more. The aim is to showcase the best and most powerful reports that you already have access to in your Prima system, enabling you to:
+ Spot new gap potential
+ Monitor and act upon decreases in spend and margin
+ Analyse delivery information for cost benefits
Create a more efficient way of prospecting by specifically classifying companies in a focus area. For example, you could state if they are a current supplier, business group, type of buyer and more. The training will enable you to have a more structured approach to the way you prospect for new clients, allowing you to identify more relevant services that you can offer them which will result in an increased conversion rate.
This module will help you analyse and understand your customers buying behaviours, enabling you to take a proactive approach to the customers with a decrease in spend and reward the customer with a healthy increase in spend.
The Journals module in Prima can be used with a few different angles in mind, such as keeping a log of each conversation you have with customers and prospects and also setting up reminders for an important task or call back.
During this module, you will learn how to efficiently manage and perform reviews on your contracts. By doing this you can be sure that all margins are in line with your goals through the powers of reporting, grid managers and import templates.
PrimaGO is our very own eCommerce solution that around 60% of our customers use to sell their products online. During this module, you will explore new ways of optimising your PrimaGO webstore with new features like recently viewed items on checkout, special offers and promotions, customer top products and much more.
This module can be exchanged for a new topic of your choice if you do not use PrimaGO, or our training consultant can provide a live demonstration of the product if you would like to compare it to your current webstore.
