Prima would like to announce that as of Monday 23rd April, they have a new telephone number that will completely replace the old number.
Prima have implemented Microsoft Phone System for Office 365, using Skype for Business, which has replaced the former on-premises telephone system.
From Monday 23rd April our main telephone number is:

Due to the continuous uptake of Prima in Ireland, there is now a dedicated Irish number:
01 566 2041
Callers will now be guided through a simple menu to connect to the relevant department.
Prima’s Director of Customer Services, Steven Dennis said: ‘We are very excited about the possibilities with the new VOIP system. We are always striving to deliver a better and more professional service to our customers and we are confident that this new infrastructure will allow us to further improve our customer response times and also focus on improving the quality of our service.’
The switch is part of Prima’s wider plans to connect Skype for Business with Prima Software to make available an integrated telephone solution that will be available for all Prima customers.
