I started using Progress in 1991 and decided that was the system we needed when we first started Compleat Office Solutions 13 years ago. So after a total of 30 years of using the same system it was daunting to think of changing! We are now 3 weeks into using Prima Software UK & Ireland and I couldn’t be happier with the transition so far. Joseph Thomas in their on boarding team was fantastic. Having to cope with training some staff working at home and some in the office and probably being asked the same questions numerous times his patience and understanding was exceptional. We have now moved to the orientation team and into the hands of Mike Smith who again is demonstrating how well thought through Prima’s implementation into our business is and our confidence in the system is growing each week. Change is never easy but the need to future-proof our business in an ever changing industry was never in doubt and to have a software provider that is continuously developing and improving their product can only benefit us as we move forward.
