Dan McCormick | Onboarding Consultant
In another exciting announcement, we’re really pleased to announce that Dan McCormick has joined our Onboarding team as Onboarding Consultant!
Dan moves into our Onboarding team after an exceptional couple of years in our Customer Care team. In his Customer Care role, he developed brilliant product knowledge and fantastic technical skills that will help to boost our Onboarding department to even greater heights.
Dan is already known as a standout performer with our existing customers and we can’t wait for him to launch new customers into long, successful partnerships with us!
We caught up with Dan to get his thoughts on the move:
I’m really excited to start my role in Onboarding with Prima!I’ve gained great product knowledge in my first 2 years as part of our Customer Care team and I’m looking forward to use my knowledge and experience to help new customers start their Prima journey.
It’s been great getting to know our existing customers and I can’t wait to build strong relationships with new customers as they go live!
