The platform can be configured to poll a specific email account for PDF documents, convert the data and import into your Prima ERP system. Documents including invoices and sales orders that are received via email are automatically scanned and imported into Prima. The relevant information is processed and mapped to the appropriate module – saving you time and reducing your admin costs.
