GROWTHFACTOR-e Early Bird Competition T&C’s

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The competition is open to Prima customers with an existing live contract who have registered and/or purchased tickets to the GROWTHFACTOR-e 24 event before the 30th of September 2023.

1.2 Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.

2. How to Enter:

2.1 To enter the competition, participants must register and purchase tickets for the GROWTHFACTOR-e event before the 30th of September 2023.

2.2 Entries received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for the prize draw.

 3. Prize Draw:

3.1 All eligible participants who have registered and purchased tickets by the specified deadline will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

3.2 The prize draw will take place during the GROWTHFACTOR-e event on the 21st of March 2024.

3.3 The winner will be selected randomly from the pool of eligible entries.

 4. Prize:

4.1 The winner will receive a £250 Spa Break Voucher.

4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

 5. Winner Notification:

5.1 The winner will be announced at the GROWTHFACTOR-e event on the 21st of March 2024.

5.2 If the winner is not present at the event during the prize announcement, they will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided during registration.

 6. Claiming the Prize:

6.1 In order to claim the prize, the winner must provide valid identification and confirmation of event check-in.

6.2 The winner must have checked in at the GROWTHFACTOR-e event on the 21st of March 2024 to be eligible to claim the prize.

 7. Publicity:

7.1 By entering the competition, participants agree to allow the use of their names and images for promotional purposes related to the competition and the event.

 8. Data Protection:

8.1 Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

 9. General Terms:

9.1 The competition is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

9.2 The decision of the judges in all matters relating to the competition is final.

 10. Governing Law:

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By entering the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
