
Your Requests, Your Votes
We are delighted to announce the launch of our new interactive Enhancement Portal. This exciting new application will provide our users with the opportunity to submit their development requests and also vote on other users’ requests. The requests that receive the most votes will be a key source of priority for our development team ensuring that our development roadmap accurately reflects the needs of our customers.
Rob Polvani, Onboarding Director, managed the development of the project:
We have always endeavoured to provide the enhancements that really matter to our customers, but this hasn’t always been an easy task. With so many requests coming from so many users through different channels, it has been difficult to determine an accurate priority development list. With the launch of our new enhancement portal, this means that the work our development team carry out will have a maximum impact, accurately reflecting what our customers really want.
Martin Shaw, Managing Director of D3 Office Group was one of the first customers to trial the enhancement portal:
“We’ve seen a number of great enhancements to the Prima system since going live just over a year ago, including the SOP screen. We were pleased to take party in the initial trial for the enhancement portal last year and have seen how quickly ideas from a handful of dealers have been ranked in order of importance, developed and made into live improvements within a few months. Examples of this are better visibility of options when purchasing and the ability to invoice to more than one location at a customer. If every dealer gets behind the enhancement portal, puts forward an enhancement request and votes for their favourite enhancement, development efforts will be focused on areas that matter and the system could become “best in industry” which can only be a good thing for us the customer”
In the enhancement portal, you will be able to:
- Create a request.
- View community requests (including voting and adding comments).
- Invite other members of your staff to log in and vote.
Prima customers will shortly receive their logins to the service where you can log on and start submitting requests and votes.
