If you attended our GROWTHFACTOR-e event in May this year you will most likely have watched a presentation by Dawn Roberts, Managing Director of Outperform Training & Coaching.
Following Dawn’s training session at GROWTHFACTOR-e 22 and the fantastic feedback that we received from the attendees, we’re delighted to announce that Prima have partnered with Outperform for a series of additional online training sessions. These sessions are complimentary and an open invite to all of our customers to join.
Dawn is an inspiring and motivating speaker, trainer and coach who regularly speaks and presents at business events and writes articles for the media and business magazines. She has successfully delivered sales and service training to thousands of people across the UK.
Dawn helps organisations, teams and individuals to fall in love with their products, services and customers.
Sessions are limited to 15 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
