- Automatically send counter reading emails to machine contacts in the support contract. Templated emails sent to contacts with machine names and description, and specific space to enter the latest counter and reply.
- Tiered pricing within Support Contracts to automatically assign periodic price increases by the customer or by a default rate set in the Administration module

Top Items Purchased(by the supplier) and Year on Year Supplier Spend
Purchasing
Bulk Purchase feature in Requirements enabling users to sell on the standard pack size and then when purchasing, buy the bigger/outer pack and then when the stock is receipted in, simply moves the remaining quantity into stock.
