Prima announce departmental changes

Prima announce slight departmental changes to support our continued product development, future growth strategy and to further improve our customer focus.
2016 was a really positive year at Prima with 33 new customers joining, 14 service pack releases as well as the various events we put on throughout the year. With the accelerated growth, it is important that Prima invests in a robust organisational structure able to best serve our customer base and to continue to deliver the very latest technologies to our users.
From 1st February 2017 the following appointments have been made:

Managing Director Ian Buckley
Head of Customer Services Steven Dennis

We always try our best to deliver customer excellence and the appointment of Steve into this new role will bring an increased focus on delighting our customers. Prima’s Head of CS, Steve Dennis said: “There are already several exciting projects already under way to improve our customer service experience. In 2017 we will be making more training content available, delivering more online sessions via our social media channels, and also offering more products and services to help our customers get the best out of Prima. Understanding the product is key, and that also means a focus on regular internal training too. I am delighted to be responsible for aligning our training and customer support services, and leading the fantastic team we already have in place!”
