On Friday 10th February, we held our Annual Company Meeting & Marketing Plan Launch at Prima HQ in Cheshire.
As well as being an occasion to bring our team together, the annual Company Meeting also provides the opportunity to launch our 2023 Marketing Plan.
Over the past 6 years, we have been producing an annual marketing plan; a document that is curated by our management team with the ultimate objective of aligning the goals and aspirations of the company with that of our entire team.
At the end of the year, our management team participate in 3 intensive meetings, meticulously analysing and scrutinising all aspects of our business, from Customer Care, Sales & Marketing, to Finance and Development – no stone is left unturned!
We investigate the positives, the areas for improvement, our goals, aspirations, and we ascertain what is needed as individuals, and as a company, to ensure that we achieve our short term goals and long term company objectives and vision. The results of these meetings are then documented into infographics and presented in our annual company meeting with senior members of each department presenting their facts, figures and action points.
The meeting was a huge success and helped share the awareness of our company goals for the forthcoming year. Following the presentation of the plan it was time for pizza and refreshments whilst we prepared for our Annual Company awards – an opportunity to recognise those who have gone above and beyond within our team throughout the year and award them with the recognition they deserve.
We pride ourselves on being there for our customers and providing them with the best service possible. We love it when customers share experiences of when our Customer Care team has gone the extra mile for them.
The awards are to recognise members of our team that consistently go above and beyond to help our customers, live by our company values and are committed to delivering the best service possible.
It also provides our team with an insight into what great service looks like and helps to ensure that as a partner, we continue to enhance our service levels.

Even though this is an individual award, I would like to say a huge thank you to my colleagues in our Customer Care team as we all work together to bring our customers the best service possible and I look forward to continuing my work with them to deliver a service we can be proud of. I’ve loved getting to know our customer base over the past two years working with Prima and can’t wait to continue to build on the strong relationships we’ve already developed!
