Prima appoints new Customer Services Advisor

Prima Software are delighted to welcome new customer services advisor, Molly Clarke as part of our apprenticeship program with Widnes based providers, Riverside College.
Since starting our apprenticeship programme in 2011, we have been recognised in the fifth Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer list and have proudly recruited eight apprentices in total, with Molly being the ninth, all of which have received full training and investment. Our objective when recruiting is to offer them a permanent job at the end of their apprenticeship.
Apprentices are hugely important to our organisation, investing in our apprentices helps not only retain employees but also ensures they are keen to work hard, are conscientious and keen to do well in our industry.
Managing Director, Ian Buckley said: “We see each apprenticeship as a unique opportunity, not only to develop talent for the future of our industry but also to learn from young, intelligent and enthusiastic young people. We are extremely proud of every apprentice that we have developed and really confident that we can provide Molly with an enjoyable and rewarding apprenticeship to kick start her career in the business supplies sector.”
Eight of our apprentices have already been promoted within the business and are challenged to strive in their roles. Every apprentice that Prima recruits can see a bright future in working with the company. We liaise with various training providers to help continue with their education after their apprenticeship, helping them achieve new qualifications and gain new skills while embarking on their full time career with us.
