
Prima Software is delighted to announce Oliver Rowles as the newly appointed UK & Ireland Account Manager.
Since joining Prima in 2014, Oliver has always shown a real desire to build strong customer relationships and his passion for delivering training has already made a big impact through his key role in developing and delivering our weekly training webinars.
Oliver commented on his new role: “I’m incredibly excited to work with customers in a more strategic way. Assisting customers in order to answer important queries and introducing new, more efficient procedures is something I take pride in. If I can help contribute towards that extra few percent gains in a customers’ margin, by implementing more automation and identifying growth areas then it will be a very positive move both Prima and our customers.”
