Being progressive is one of the key values that defines Prima. From our relationships with customers to our software, we are always building on these foundations to deliver products and services that unlock innovation. This is where the Prima Beta Program comes in.
As part of our development process, we listen to customer feedback and requests on what features you would like to see, planning and integrating new projects that you benefit from as part of our service pack updates. As the software grows, we feel that it’s important to share our process and progress with our customers to ensure clarity and to give you the opportunity to be involved in our work.
When you request an enhancement, our team review these based on various criteria such as the demand of the feature and the timeframe for the work (including building the enhancement and testing). When we have finished working on our new features, we then follow our “ABC” model.
This is Alpha – Beta – Customer.
The beta testing phase is where you can get involved and become an active participant in shaping the future of Prima products.
As a member of the Prima Beta Program, you will have priority access to our latest exciting features and fixes months before our general customer base. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on what works and what doesn’t, as well as suggestions for improvements on the features you’ll have access to so that it is as complete as can be.
As part of this process, you will also benefit from a dedicated contact in our Customer Care team who will be on hand to speak to you to report any issues you may face with the Beta release.
As a thank you for your help in shaping the future of Prima as a valued Beta member, you will also receive one free online training session credit which you can use to learn the new features that will benefit your business.
You will also receive the opportunity to join our User Committee. This is a dedicated bi-monthly call between the Prima team and members of the Prima community to discuss and shape the direction Prima is heading so that we can delivery effective solutions that created mutual success for all members of our community.
