Prima are delighted to announce a new member of the Customer Care Team.
Mick joins the team bringing not only a wealth of customer care experience but also having a relevant understanding of industry business processes, having worked for 5+ years at one of the UK’s largest bespoke clothing and workwear companies in the UK.
Customer Services Director, Steve Dennis said: “One of the most important aspects for our team being able to provide excellent support to users, is understanding not just how “to click the buttons” as such, but to actually grasp what the user is trying to achieve in real terms. We’re sure that with Mick’s experience, he’s got a real head start in this area and will be a fantastic addition to help continuously improve the quality of our customer care.”
Mick added: “I was excited when I was offered the position within the customer care team as Prima are a growing business and I am looking forward to being a part of it. I feel my past experience would be an asset to the team as it not only allows me to understand the customers’ needs but how it affects them from a business point of view.”
