Prima welcomes new Customer Care Consultant

Prima are delighted to announce that Andrew Long has joined Prima to help further strengthen our Customer Care Team.

Recently graduating from the University of Nottingham; studying American Studies and English has provided Andrew with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Andrew also has vast experience in Customer service roles within both the retail and hospitality sector.

I caught up with Andrew to find out a little more about him:

Welcome to the team Andrew, it’s great to have you join the company . I see from your application you’re very much into literature, so what is your favourite read?

I’ve just graduated from the University of Nottingham where I studied American Studies and English – I can recommend some great reads from across the pond if you’re an avid reader like myself!

So when you’re not reading, what else do you enjoy doing?

I love a holiday and it’d be my dream to travel to all the theme parks around the world – I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie for sure. When I’m not reading or holidaying, you can probably find me exploring the country, discovering great walks and uncovering hidden gems to eat and drink at.

And the most important question we need to ask, are you a Red or a Blue? 

I’m a die-hard Liverpool fan so I’m still running on a high after last season’s success! I’m really excited to join the team at Prima and I can’t wait to get going!

I’m sure Andrew is going to fit right in to our Customer Care team and has fantastic potential to develop his career within Prima.
