Prima were awarded Service Provider of the Year at the BOSS Industry Awards, which were held at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham on 13th October 2016.
The aim of the BOSS Industry Awards is to recognise and reward those in the office supplies industry who can demonstrate real excellence, whether that is as individuals or through the successful performance of their business.
The Service Provider of the Year award itself is judged on a wide range of qualities, from originality and innovative marketing of service all the way to supply chain cost reductions or service improvements.
Having been nominated for the award for three consecutive years, and narrowly missing out last year, it was a very special moment for the Prima Team to finally receive the award. Ian Buckley, Prima’s General Manager was particularly delighted with the Award as a recognition of the hard work of everyone at Prima. Ian said ‘to receive the award was amazing but we are not going to sit back and get complacent. We are going to carry on listening to Prima users and coming up with innovative new ways to improve the service that we offer’.
The evening will go down as a very special milestone in the history of Prima Software but ultimately we have our loyal customers to thank for helping us receive this recognition. We rely on our dynamic users to keep pushing the boundaries of the product and we do our very best to deliver and exceed these expectations, so far it is proving to be a recipe for success!
