Prima ENGAGE starts at £250+VAT/€299 per month. This includes the platform fee and 5 user licenses* for Prima ENGAGE. Additional users can be added if required – please refer to our pricing guide for more information!
*The maximum users who can log into Prima ENGAGE is limited by the number of ERP user licenses in your subscription. For example, if you have a 3 user ERP subscription, you can access up to 3 users in Prima ENGAGE at any one time.
Your initial Prima ENGAGE subscription is a one year contract, moving to a rolling monthly contract after your first year.
Prima ENGAGE fully integrates with Prima ERP. Any changes you make to your data in ENGAGE – such as updating companies, contacts, and tasks – will update Prima ERP and vice versa, making it easier for you to manage your data, stay organised, and focus on selling!
Prima ENGAGE is an add-on to Prima ERP. It cannot be used as a standalone product. Users logging into ENGAGE must have an active Prima ERP license. ENGAGE and ERP licenses are distinct and cannot be swapped or interchanged between platforms.
Users can log into Prima ERP and Prima ENGAGE simultaneously. You can log into Prima ERP with all available user licenses, and still log into Prima ENGAGE.
