
It was fantastic to see so many wonderful faces coming over to speak to our team at the GROWTHFACTOR-e PrimaHelp Live session in May.
After supporting our customers through our phone and email services, it was a great feeling to finally put faces to the names we’ve all got to know well during our time working together. As part of PrimaHelp Live, it really gave us the chance to listen and actively respond to customer queries, helping you develop your Prima knowledge and show off the latest tips and tricks that Prima has to offer.
From answering questions around new Automation and time-saving features that PrimaCloud has to offer, to highlighting features of PrimaGo that can make your e-commerce presence shine, our team love getting stuck in to all questions thrown at us. The feedback we’ve already had from the session will really shape how we engage with you all in the future through our service portals, help content, and more!
By being able to host a PrimaHelp Live session, we feel that it really highlights the positive environment that we strive to create as your customer service team. We loved being able to build on the supportive relationships that we’ve already developed and are looking forward to seeing how we can continue to help our customers grow further.
