Prima’s hosts first GROWTHFACTOR-e event


On Thursday 12th May over 130 industry professionals attended Prima’s first GROWTHFACTOR-e event held at The Hilton, Liverpool.

There has since been a fantastic response from attendees who have commented on how much they enjoyed the event, how well it was organised, and that they found the presentations very helpful and engaging.

The event began with a welcome introduction by Marketing Director, Rob Harper, followed by presentations by Customer Service Director, Steve Dennis and CS Manager, Oliver Rowles. The objective of the presentation was to help move dealers closer to the contactless order process.

The morning presentations continued with Sales Director, Tim Capper and Development Co-ordinator, Gary Fletcher discussing the benefits of Prima Marketplace and its future role in helping Prima customers expand and diversify their product ranges. Onboarding Director, Rob Polvani, continued with a presentation about Prima’s new enhancement porta, providing information about how prima users can play a part in defining the future development of their software.

The final GROWTHBYTES session was delivered by MD, Ian Buckley. An exciting and insightful presentation that outlined the future roadmap and how the company plans to bring together Prima ERP, BI Reporting, Data, e-Commerce, Mobile App and API Integrations, to complete the “Circle for Success”.

Cracking day at the Prima Software UK & Ireland event in Liverpool on Thursday. We chose this company because we believed they are the right long term e-commerce partner for Citrus Office Group Ltd. The afternoon Marketplace exhibition allowed Prima users to build on new and existing relationships, with over 20 suppliers featuring products and services ranging from Furniture, Workwear, and Educational to SEO, e-Mail Marketing, and Advanced Reporting Integrations. There was certainly a buzz around the exhibition hall as attendees were eager to load up their supplier stamp cards and be in with a chance to walk away with the Microsoft Surface Pro 8 Laptop or Rudding Park Hotel Spa break.

The final presentation of the day was by the fantastic Dawn Roberts of Outperform Training. Dawn’s unique and personable style in delivering a motivational and engaging training session was tremendously received by all attendees, many of whom commented that they’d never thought about their customers in a way that is now so obvious.

The event concluded with an evening of dinner, drinks, and entertainment. Attendees were entertained by an amazing magician, a live performance by X-Factor finalist and Dancing on Ice star, Ray Quinn followed by Sports impressionist, Darren Farley.
