Prima are pleased to announce that the latest customer user group was a great success!
The user group meeting, which took place in November at Spicers in Gasgow was very well attended by all of our Scottish based customers, much to the delight of our Prima team who made the trip up.
Many of the latest Prima Cloud and PrimaGO features were featured throughout the day. All new Automated Sales/Purchasing processing and auto-scheduling of Customer Business Reviews definitely drew the most interest from attendees on the day.
MD & Development Director, Steve McLaughlin provided an insight to the most exciting upcoming features currently being implemented in to Prima, mainly being the CRM capabilities that will allow our customers to identify lapsed accounts and see which of their customers aren’t spending as much as usual.
As a team, we concluded that this Scotland based user group meeting re-affirmed the many mutual benefits for both us and our customers.
With Prima Cloud being predominantly shaped on what our customers need and desire, this personal interaction which is achieved through the user group days, is the most significant benefit of all.
