To get us started, what name do you normally go by?


Before joining Prima, what were you up to?

I’ve worked in hospitality for my parents most of my career but I loved my time travelling around Asia and Europe after turning 20!

What led you to apply for a job with us?

I was looking for something different and challenging in my career. Prima looked like a company with great career paths and a company who looks after their employees

What are you looking forward to most about working at Prima?

I’m looking forward to challenging myself to learn something new

Outside of work, what do you typically get up to?

I like to go out with my friends and family. I love watching Liverpool – it’s a huge part of my social life. Me and my boyfriend normally go to watch the games together

You have to choose your perfect start, main, and dessert - what are you going for?

Starter – Anything to do with prawns!

Mains – Maybe a burger or pasta dish

Dessert – Not really god a sweet tooth to be honest!

Are there any holidays you remember fondly? Or anywhere you always recommend that people should visit?

My trip to Asia was amazing – one I will never forget!

You're having a night in - what's your go-to film or TV Series and what snacks are you settling down with?

Just Go With It – My fave! With sweet popcorn!

What's your proudest achievement to date?

Moving out on my own at 22

And lastly - in a few words, what do you hope to bring to our customers as part of your role at Prima?

I really hope to bring good customer service to be able to help customers with any problems, as well as teaching them new skills on the way!

I feel this is another statement of intent as we grow and invest in our Customer Care Team, with our biggest ever Customer Service Operation that we have had in our history.
