In the latest release, we’re so excited to announce that automatic download and import of supplier data files is available in Prima Cloud!
This will bring huge efficiencies to all Prima customers with regards to managing supplier catalogues.
An all-new Notification pane on your Prima Cloud Home screen informs the specified users that new catalogues are ready to be applied to your system.
You simply click to view the catalogues and housekeeping tips, then Apply the changes and the files are there, ready to be used in Prima.
Auto Import will save users time every month, as we see more and more supplier catalogues being distributed to meet customer demand.
Manual catalogue imports are a thing of the past!
