As of September 2019, the time has come to say goodbye to our support@primasoftware.co.uk email address. As we strive to improve the quality and focus of our future support channels, we will no longer be using the email address to take support ticket requests. We believe that email communication for support signifies an outdated and unstructured approach to providing the best support solution to our community.
As you may have experienced, our new PrimaHelp portal provides all the functionality to both log tickets quickly and easily plus much more. We are continuously striving to provide complete transparency and accountability during the support process, so that you know your tickets are being investigated along with a live status.
Finally, our telephone service remains and will always remain an integral part of our support solution. Whilst the ticketing portal, live chat and self-help tools are growing in popularity, we believe the ability for you to pick up the phone as and when you need to is crucial.
