Huge steps have been made to achieve the fully automated office solution. In addition to the catalogue, pricing, sales, and reporting automations that are already available within the system, Prima has now added automated scheduled purchasing and picking/despatch note creation.

Prima customers are now able to automate their purchasing runs based on pre-defined schedules and custom rules throughout the day. When it comes to creating despatch notes and picking notes, these can also be automated, saving them hours of lost time by not having to manually print their notes.

There is also the ability to schedule the printing of their despatch and picking notes and have the option to upload the manifest data onto the integrated PrimaPOD app. Once the driver has completed the delivery and taken a signature or photograph on the app, this automatically completes the order within Prima.

The addition of the purchasing and automation features is a huge step forward in helping the business supplies reseller become more efficient in the processing and completion of their orders. Automated invoice creation and distribution is currently in the latter stages of R&D and will be released in the very near future

The most recent automation developments include customer back-order reports, punchout integration with procurement systems such as Ariba, SAP SRM & Coupa, along with the ability to automatically generate and auto authorise sales orders from multiple channels such as leading eCommerce solutions, PrimaGO & EvoX.
