In this month’s Supplier Spotlight, we speak to CTS Toner Supplies Limited, a trusted brand-agnostic aftermarket printer consumables supplier which prides itself on fastidious customer service with reliable products.
CTS Toner Supplies have been a Prima Marketplace partner now for over 10 years and have been providing Prima customers with efficient purchasing and invoicing processes via EDI connectivity. I caught up with Commercial Manager, Nick Brooks to find out a little bit more about their current service to Prima customers.
Tell us a little bit about your business. What do you offer?
We have been trading for 28 years as a strictly trade only supplier for printing consumables which include compatible, remanufactured, Xerox XET/ XRC and original options.
We have also diversified to now offer a core range of stationery items including pens, labels, paper, envelopes, pockets, files, packaging tape and so much more including brands such as Rhino books and pads, and Sigel wall and notice boards.
On average we are holding 350,000+ items over 6500+ product lines in our Midlands based head offices and warehouse facility.
What benefits do you bring to the Prima Marketplace and our Community? (E.G product portfolio, ease-of-use, next-day deliveries, company etc.)
We offer an extensive range of quality guaranteed backed products at competitive distribution prices. We offer tracked next day delivery via DPD either to our trade customers or as 3rd party drop ship (with customer logo branded delivery paperwork). All CTS customers have a dedicated account manager backed up with our experienced technical customer support team.
Do you offer electronic trading capabilities with your company. What would you say are the main benefits of using EDI for our Community?
We offer full EDI facilities for Prima users including invoice collection and terms and for EDI order placement, a later 6pm cut off for next day delivery. Also we have an extensive Fusion plus Data catalogue designed for dealer webstores.
