Tell us a little bit about your business. What do you offer?
TC is a reliable, well-oiled and super slick business that sells a lot of furniture to a lot of people. We aim to always have an extensive range of furniture, strive to be reasonably priced in an ever-inflating market and ensure we are constantly looking for innovative ways to improve delivery, design and our online customer services.
TC Group was born from humble beginnings in 1990. Way back then we were working from an Office in Chew Magna, operating from a very small warehouse. By 2016 both Titan and Woodstock Leabank joined the TC Group family bringing with them an additional 20 years of specialist experience, a whole load of colourful chairs and potential for so much more.
Now in 2021, we’re a reliable, innovative and fast-moving business. We employ many happy, intelligent and hardworking staff, and each person lies within the heart of our business.

Do you offer electronic trading capabilities with Prima? If so, what would you say are the main benefits of using EDI for our Community? If not, is this something you will look to do in the future?
Yes, we now offer EDI to our customers. Our system allows customers to be kept informed the whole way through the buying process, from up-front stock feeds to text alerts containing product delivery ETAs, to delivery tracking and access to proof of deliveries via our customer portal.
Our live stock feed includes current stock position and is refreshed every 60 minutes.
By enhancing the customer journey, you are more likely to receive positive reviews, encouraging more customers to purchase through your website, so increasing the chances for repeat business. Delivery notes with your logo and brand identity are used for all orders to continue to promote your business right to the end of the customer journey.
