Tell us a little bit about your business. What do you offer? This is your time to plug!
Tradesupply offers an ever extending range of products, our core range of compatible print consumables is offered with a 5 year warranty, unrivaled quality and patent free guarantee. Ensuring our customers gain high margins. We offer a variety of delivery options to suit our customers. Our approach has always been to “make dealing with Tradesupply simple and easy”, because of this we’ve grown quickly to become the leading supplier in UK and Ireland.
What benefits do you bring to the Prima Marketplace and our Community? 
We have over 1600 individual print consumable products in stock daily, provide next day delivery and overnight key drop option in UK & Ireland. Private label is available on all print consumables. Our famous “free chocs with every order” continues to prove highly popular. Consistency of packaging and and industry first of 5 year warranty. Our extended cut off of 6pm. Low delivery charge. Amazing team of people sets us apart and our strong support of next day engineer provides our customers with the confidence to resell our products. We’re often copied, but never equaled.
Do you offer electronic trading capabilities with Prima? If so, what would you say are the main benefits of using EDI for our Community? If not, is this something you will look to do in the future?
We were the first in our industry to provide EDI to customers, as could see early doors what a convenience it was to our customers. Stock check is a phenomenal feature that every customers needs. EDI ensures accuracy and saves so much time, freeing our customers to do more productive tasks. We’d love to see
