The introduction of a new automated feature means that rather than having to complete your receipt note (which then confirms the despatch note) and deal with your purchase invoice, the system can automatically confirm your electronic purchase invoice and filter through to confirm the receipt note. This results in a proof of delivery from your supplier and treating the purchase invoice as delivery confirmation.
Not only does this work for electronic invoices but this also applies for your non-EDI suppliers. So, when you build and confirm the purchase invoice it will filter through to confirm the movements area.
