Prima’s all-new POD app is now available and fully integrated with your Prima Cloud system.
What does this mean?
You can now load set ‘manifests’ to drivers who are then able to receive signatures from your clients via an Apple or Android smartphone. Your drivers then complete the note which transfers the date and time stamp back into Prima Cloud.
The app offers many benefits to your business, such as:
- Electronic service to your clients
- Exact date/time stamps of delivery completion with full traceability of who has signed for the delivery
- Reduced time spent confirming notes
- Less paperwork for drivers and to store in folders, files etc back in the office.
