The shortages process has been enhanced as part of the continuous effort to save you more time with less ‘clicks’. In fact, this new shortages process can potentially save you around 50 clicks per shortage!
By marking an item as a shortage in Prima, it can now automatically raise a supplier return and a new requirement to re-order with your supplier. There are also options now available against each supplier for ‘Shortage Defaults’.
