The Prima Cloud dashboard was designed to be a ‘quick glance’ area to see the likes of urgent tasks, outstanding orders/deliveries and much more rather than clicking through each area of the system to collate important information.
The Dashboard can be specific to each user, showing relevant information for that person’s job role. It is the first thing that you see when you log in to the system, so it is much more efficient to have this area set up specifically for you and not just the company as a whole.
For example, a sales user may want to see all of their outstanding sales quotes whereas an accounts/credit control user may want to see all orders on credit hold.
